You may have other rights granted by law and our terms and conditions do not affect these. I am Mr. S. J. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed. When you place an order with us an order confirmation is sent to you automatically by email. If you did not receive it that will be because either: 1. We did not receive your order. 2. You entered your e-mail address incorrectly. But for whatever reason, if you did not get an automatic order confirmation please contact us to check if we have received your order by email at sales@dietecuk.com Mail Order Delivery Conditions We would prefer that somebody is going to be present at your chosen delivery address to sign for the order you have placed with us. If this is not possible, you can always ask (in the notes section of the checkout) for your order to be left with a friend or neighbour so that they can sign for the order on your absence. If this is not possible and you instruct us to leave your order in what we regard as an insecure location, for example behind the wheelie bin, in the front porch, in the garden shed or in your greenhouse etc, you will be doing so at your own risk? as your order and all of the contents within said order will no longer be insured, so any subsequent compensation claims for loss or damage will be rendered null and void. Overdue Deliveries Dietec UK can not be made liable for any customer compensation payment claims arising from overdue or temporally lost mail order deliveries that have been undertaken by third party contractors that have been employed by us to deliver your order. Any claims arising for late delivery compensation payments must be made directly to the individual 3rd party contractor and not Dietec UK. Typographical Errors Dietec UK can not be responsible for any typographical errors that have made by customers whilst using our website. Any typographical errors leading to orders been mislaid or sent to the incorrect address are down to the reasoncability of the customer in question. NO compensation claims will be granted by Dietec UK for lost orders in these circumstances. Return of Goods No goods may be returned without a "Return Goods Authorization". Any goods returned without such authorization shall be refused and the shipper will be liable for return shipping. If you have a return request, please contact us by email or phone for authorization, describing the reason for the return. Returns granted are at out sole discretion or the discretion of manufacturer of the product. Non-defective goods returns, if allowed, must: • Be received within 7 days of the buyers physical receipt of goods • Be in "Saleable" condition • Be carriage Pre-paid • Be accompanied by Return Goods Authorization Number • Be accompanied by the Original Receipt We reserves the right to charge up to 10% restocking & processing fees, plus all original shipping charges. Refused or cancelled orders Any refused order are subject to up to 10% restocking & processing fees, and shipping charges. Any cancelled orders (once processed) are treated in the same manor as the refused orders above. Customer Refunds All refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
